Shri Rudra Group of Companies is a closely knitted Group comprising four distinguishing entities named Shri Rudra Auto & Alloys Pvt. Ltd., Burn Smooth Petrochem, H.P.C. Distributors, and B.S.P. Agrotech. This Group was started under the leadership of Mr Sanjay Trivedi, who, with his practical & need based approach created this wonderful Group with the operations of Shri Rudra Auto & Alloys Pvt. Ltd. and thereafter each of its other three constituent Companies.

1. SHRI RUDRA AUTO & ALLOYS PVT LTD:

It is the flagship Company of the Group, which got  incorporated in July 1997. The company got established under the guidance of 4 Directors viz. Mr Sanjay Trivedi; Mr Ajay Trivedi; Mr Yogesh Trivedi and Ms. Sneha Trivedi. These professionals, with their rich & diverse experiences in different areas of the industry, started this entity for manufacturing & supplying Heavy Engineering and critical Stainless Steel Products & Tailor made items related to Furnaces like Charging Trays, Pickling and Phospheting Systems. All these products were fabricated as per customers need. Besides these products, Shri Rudra Auto & Alloys Pvt. Ltd. also provides Critical Instruments related to Energy Measurement like Infrared Pyrometer, Flue Gas Analyzer, Oil Flow Meter, etc.

The promoters of our company have decades of experience in their areas of work operations, therefore they have a mastery in providing Quality Services to the customers.

2. BURN SMOOTH PETROCHEM:

Burn Smooth Petrochem is a pioneer manufacturer in the area of Fuel Conservation and is primarily led by Mr Sanjay Trivedi. It operates all its transactions under one business motive: "Energy  conservation is today's dire need and our motto".

This company was inaugurated in 2004 basically to manufacture TWO Types of Specialty Chemicals: BURN ALL for Liquid Fuels and BURN-FAST for Solid Fuels. Based on its superlative quality products, Burn Smooth Petrochem has acquired the attention of almost every  industry  like leading Steel Plants in India; Ordnance Factories;  Thermal Power Plants; Oil & Coal Fired Boilers used in industry; IC Engines based equipments like Heavy Earth Movers; fleet owners; cars; n vehicles; two wheelers; and others.

Today, it is one of the most reckoned name in the Fuel Conversation domain and has attained a huge market dominance around the globe.

3. H.P.C. DISTRIBUTORS:

It is the third Company in the bouquet of Shri Rudra Group of Companies. Mr Ajay Trivedi is the C.E.O. of the Company. This Company is engaged in the marketing of Quality Automobile Spares and Bearings in Central India.

4. B.S.P. AGROTECH:

This is fourth constituent company that operates all its business on the following philosophy:  "SAVE EARTH FROM GLOBAL WARMING - Use Green Fuel" is the message so nicely conveyed by the team at B.S.P. AGROTECH. Ms Sneha Trivedi is the driving force behind B.S.P. AGROTECH , which got incorporated in the year 2008. It is the Project based enterprise that emerged with an inspiration from wasteful and meaningless burning of Agro-waste by the farming community enmasse - in absence of proper link between the farmer and the Industry.

Today, this company has earned a remarkable identification as a Eco Friendly Unit. It is widely applauded for its vital role played in rising the national economy as well as the farmer's economy. Moreover it has also sorted out the pollution problem neatly, in spirit, words & action - by manufacturing meaningful Eco-friendly Products. It has introduced Bio-mass Briquettes in the market, which can 100 % replace the Coal or can be blended in any proportion - thereby improving the combustion efficiency of the Coal and reducing  global warming.

B.S.P. Agrotech is widely known for paying its social obligation towards farmers  by giving them an additional source of livelihood - converting Agro - waste into a value added product. This approach of B.S.P has immensely benefitted our community at large.

Management Team

Mr. Sanjay Trivedi's (Director and Founder of the Shri Rudra Group): With decades of experience in the field of ferrous metallurgy; mechanical engineering; Defence supplies; and with a mastery on energy conservation, Mr. Sanjay has made this Group stand the apex on the Energy & Fuel Conversation industry. He has 30 years of uninterrupted expertise in rendering Quality services to the customers. At present he is leading  Burn Smooth Petrochem.

Mr Ajay Trivedi (Director of The Group and the C.E.O. of H.P.C. Distributors): With 25 years of rich experience in the fields of  automobiles & spares, Mr. Ajay joined the Group as a Director. At present he handles the logistics & distribution aspects of the Quality range of Products manufactured and marketed by the Company  H.P.C. Distributors. He has played crucial role in the  development of Shri Rudra Group.

Mr Yogesh Trivedi (3rd Director of the Group): He is a Science graduate with Post Graduate Diploma in Digital Electronics  from V.R.C.E., Nagpur, one of the finest Engineering  Institutions in India. He has a vast experience of almost 22 years in testing; quality control; analysis and production of specialty chemicals. He is responsible for the production activities for the entire Shri Rudra Group of Companies. The complete R & D activities are ably taken care of by him along with entire Quality Control at every step in the manufacturing process right from raw materials to finished products.

Ms Sneha Trivedi (4th Director of the Group): She is  the efficient team member,  managing administration;  finance;  HR functions of the entire Shri Rudra Group of Companies. She uses gainfully her amazing levels of intuition and creativity to the distinct advantage of the Shri Rudra Group of Companies. Her sheer financial & entrepreneurial acumen and quality orientations -  has been acknowledged by the Company's / Group's Bankers in a public felicitation ceremony.
